Overall, I was unimpressed with this WeWork location, but I will be checking out other locations while I have my membership, to see if maybe I can find my groove at a different location. The mission of Ponce School of Medicine is to provide high quality health services, education and training in medicine, biological sciences, clinical psychology, public health, and research, while preparing students to be ethical practitioners and scientists. Private offices, with no really working space (outside of the compact phone booths). However, on the second floor, it did seem much quieter, but then again the second floor was mostly

Fourth, on the first floor, they play pretty loud music, so if you’re a working professional who is always on conference calls, this may not work. This is great, but if you’re looking for privacy, they do offer compact phone booths upstairs, but don’t expect to work in them all day, as it can get pretty uncomfortable. Third, the location is pretty small with a very open layout. Second, when I arrived, I was expecting to get a tour of the space, but instead was just told where things were by way of the young man pointing in the directions of where things were located. I’m not sure if this location offers validation, but either way parking is a bit expensive. There is garage parking, however it’s $24/day. Firstly, finding this location is super easy, so that’s a big plus. I had never been to a WeWork location, and was super excited to check them out, and start using my membership benefits.

It’s also conveniently located about a 4 minute walk to a nearby food hall, and close to a few other restaurants outside, as well as above a Starbucks and a Kroger. You can also use the “phonebooths” upstairs if you just need to hop on a call or meeting a few times a day. The upstairs has many private offices you can reserve if you’re anticipating a full day of meetings, and cost is pretty cheap starting at $10/hour for the smallest ones. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea, and similar beverages. It was never too crowded, and even if people took calls on the main floor, it never got too loud. The space itself was great! The main floor has plenty of desks, tables, chairs, and couches to work from and no one I saw had an issue getting a space. Parking on site is also convenient, though can be up to $24/day.

A basic desk rental is $29/day which in my opinion is a fair price. Read more Worked here on a Monday, full day, while waiting for an evening flight home. Parking on site is also convenient, though can be up. Worked here on a Monday, full day, while waiting for an evening flight home.
